The extra virgin olive oil Eastern Garda (Protected Denomination of Origin) comes from the municipalities of Bardolino and Costermano. It is an oil obtained predominantly from olives of Casaliva, typical cultivated variety on the eastern bank of Lake Garda. This oil has an intense golden yellow colour with green tones, limpid. It presents fruity flavours of ripe white apple and green notes of balsamic herbs. The taste is delicate and it has rich tones of fresh vegetables and a distinct taste of sweet almond.
