Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

It is obtained from cooked grape must, wine vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.

The musts used in the production come exclusively from grapes grown in Emilia Romagna.

It is an ideal accompaniment to soups, risottos, eggs, meat, fish and shellfish, fruit salads, ice cream.
