Benelli Food was born from the passion of a group of friends, all connoisseurs of Italian food and wine excellences in Emilia, a land rich in natural resources located in the centre of the Italian Food Valley.
This strip of land, which stretches from the plains to the hills, has always been rich in flavours, culture, ideas and extraordinary people. A population able to combine the simple flavour of their land with the taste for life. It is from this relationship that the culinary tradition of Emilia comes, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Traditio- nal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, from Prosciutto di Parma to Culatello di Zibello, from salami to Coppa Piacentina. Benelli Food aims to select and promote small and medium Emilian producers, including in this proposal some companies from other Italian regions, offering local specialities. Benelli Food wants to share and wants you to become familiar with the best food and wine that Italy offers.
